HBO Max Has Ordered a 'Harley Quinn' Spinoff About Kite Man to Series!
Between superpowers and lack of proper combat skills, HBO Max's Harley Queen series The Kite is rarely one of the de facto supervillains in Gotham City, but he's not starring in that spinoff show.
