Course Summary - Kanban Method

Kanban is an agile method widely used in both the public and private sectors.  This course is an opportunity to learn more about how teams can use Kanban when delivering services across government.  You'll learn how Kanban should be used, how it helps teams meet the Service Standard, and why it's effective in promoting flow and removing blockages in teams' workflows.

This course takes place online.  Attendees will need access to a desktop or laptop computer with broadband access and will be able to access the Zoom video conference along with access to your microphone.  You can use a personal device to join;  all content is unrated and there is no need to download any software or information.

Our courses are available to civil servants, employees of local governments, decentralized administrations and other public servants, in any degree.
